Providing individual, couple and whānau counselling, covering areas such as, but not limited to depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties (couples and families), living with uncertainty, stress, and children’s behaviour.
At Catholic Social Services we provide free counselling for individuals, couples and whānau. Our practitioners are experienced in working with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties (couples and families), stress and children’s behaviour using a number of approaches including Person Centred, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative, Play Therapy ideas and others. Anyone can access our services through a self-referral or through other agencies who may refer their clients using our Referral Form. Once we have received your referral one of our staff will contact you to complete the process and advise you of the next steps.
